Ready for some weekend rest?
Rest is essential not only for our body, but for our mind and soul. One way to check where you stand in relation to your physical and mental state, is to ask your self:
- I'm I feeling fulfilled with my current life?
- Do I have a job that gives me purpose and helps me to move forward and grow?
- I'm I thinking positively about myself and others during my day?
- Do I have people around me that can support me and help me to grow?
- Do I feel energetic and inspired?
If the answer to the above is "no" to the most of the questions, then firstly be sure that you are not alone! Many of us struggle with negative feelings. But the good news is that there is way to change your negative feelings to positive ones. Nothing can change in one day. The meaning of coaching is to help you identify your negative self-talk, replace it with positive thoughts through practicing and start building a growth mindset.
