In the middle of a challenging and demanding reality, how possible is it to stay positive and live fulfilling lives? Well, I suppose most of us agree that staying positive in our every day lives, meaning, stay away from stressed and negative feelings, sometimes seems so hard. However, there are some positive psychology techniques you can apply!
Dr. Martin Seligman (2012), on his attempt to examine positive psychology interventions that help make life worth living and contribute to wellbeing, he developed the PERMA model, which is consisted of five elements that people pursue, because they are motivating and contribute to wellbeing. These 5 elements:

➡️Engagement
➡️Relationships
➡️Meaning
➡️Accomplishments
📚Research has shown significant positive relation between each of the 5 PERMA elements and physical health, as well as life and job satisfaction.
Now, let’s explore ways of increasing some of those elements and put a step forward to wellbeing!
